To place a tree order- For Custom tree orders go to the Customize your own tree page and pick out your stones, wire and base
and then hit the order icon at the bottom
of the page.
To order a stock tree go the
Small / Extra Small Gem tree page or the Large and Medium Gem tree page.

# On Medium and Large Custom trees.
Once agreement has been met on price, size,
and your stone section you will get two invoices/Bill.
One Invoice will be for the tree that will
have to be paid before I can begin on the
Gem tree and the other one will be for shipping
once I am done with the tree.
SHIPPING COMPANYS
Most all items sold through this web site
are shipped via Priority Mail- delivery within
the continental U.S. is 2 days.
Delivery to Europe is approximately 3-5 days

If I find the USPS is too high for shipping
I also use FedEx Ground. Which lately has
been cheaper to send the bigger trees out
with them. Delivery within the continental
U.S. is 4 business days
SHIPPING COST
Every package is sent fully insured. Each
item is packed and sent in a durable cardboard
box made for shipping such items
The purchaser pays the Accrual shipping costs
plus fees in addition to postage. Please
read below for
these charges. Shipping and insurance costs
are based on weight and value.
The purchaser will receive an email confirmation
of your order. At that time the shipping
costs will be stated
and your order with be processed as indicated
on the order form.

HOW ARE THE TREES PACKED FOR SHIPPING.
Our first step is to tie the tree to a piece
of cardboard.
 Our second step is to glue the cardboard
to the bottom of the shipping box.
Then I place a piece of tissue
paper over
the top of tree and styrofoam
peanuts are
packed around the tree. After
this it is
ready to be taped and shipped.

Mineral Speciems Orders
All original labels or historic matter, if
available, are included with each item.
Each item is individually wrapped and
sent in durable cardboard boxes made for
shipping such items
International packages under 3lbs. will be
shipped airmail, fully insured with full
value declared on the package.
#International customers may request the
package be sent uninsured with the contents
labeled
"Geologic samples for
scientific study. No commercial value".
#International customers must request this
at the time of shipping and assume all risk
for loss or damage with this arrangement.
